The use of the logo's and graphics being the property of their respective owners is done so to advertise &/or promote the respective products and in no way is assumed as property of OzNevil.com or it's owner and therefore permissions for uses of said logo's and graphics must be obtained via the official product/company offices (&/or website) and can not be authorised by OzNevil.com or it's owner.

a.1. Graphics by OzNevil.com containing logo's &/or graphics from NIKE, NIKE+, Apple Computers & iPod remain the property of OzNevil.com, however the logo's &/or graphics from respective companies are of course their property and OzNevil.com holds no claim to.

b. OzNevil.com uses material downloaded from the NIKE+ web site but holds no responsibility for it's content as it's content may be altered by NIKE+ without notice to OzNevil.com. Therefore any issue relating to said content should be consulted with NIKE+ and NIKE+ legal & privacy policies located on the NIKE+ web site.
